NOCO Healthcare
Med Spa | Fort Collins
A medical spa for Fort Collins run by a medical practice, not the other way around. Botox, lip and dermal fillers, Morpheus8, Evolve skin tightening, regenerative facials, and hair restoration, with an FNP-C deciding what you actually need.
A med spa Fort Collins can trust with a medical question
Fort Collins has plenty of med spas. What it has fewer of is places where the person evaluating your face has also managed your thyroid, checked your hormones, and will tell you when a treatment is a bad idea. NOCO Healthcare is a primary care and women’s health practice that added medical aesthetics on purpose, under the same provider, with the same standards. Our clinic is in Greeley, about 30 minutes from Fort Collins, and a steady stream of Fort Collins patients make that drive for exactly that reason.
Every aesthetic treatment here happens inside a medical office. Sheree Montoya, FNP-C, founded the practice and oversees the aesthetics menu. That means an actual assessment before anything is injected, honest answers about what will and will not work for your face or your skin, and pricing you hear before you commit rather than after.
This page covers what we offer Fort Collins patients, what things cost, how a first visit works, and how to tell a medical spa from a spa with a nurse on call. Our main location page is the med spa in Greeley. To skip the reading, call (970) 888-0399.
Med spa for Fort Collins: the short version
- Medical practice first. Founded and overseen by Sheree Montoya, FNP-C. Aesthetics are one service line inside a full clinic, not the whole business.
- The treatments Fort Collins actually searches for. Botox, lip filler, dermal fillers, Morpheus8 microneedling, Evolve skin tightening, regenerative facials, and PRP hair restoration.
- Pricing before you commit. Lip filler is listed at $700 per syringe. Evolve is $200 per treatment. Botox is priced per unit and quoted at your consult. No membership required.
- 30 minutes from Fort Collins. 1130 38th Ave STE A in Greeley. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Parking at the door.
- Someone who will say no. If a treatment will not give you the result you want, you hear that at the consult, not after you have paid for it.
What a medical spa is, and what ours is not
A medical spa offers treatments that a day spa legally cannot: injectables like Botox and fillers, energy-based devices like Morpheus8 and Evolve, and prescription-strength skin care. Those treatments require medical oversight, which is the part that varies wildly from one med spa to the next. Some are physician-owned with a provider on site. Some rent a medical director’s license and never see them.
NOCO Healthcare is not a spa that hired a nurse. It is a medical practice that offers aesthetics. The provider who evaluates you for Botox is the same one who manages patients’ blood pressure, hormones, and pelvic health. That changes what gets caught: a thyroid problem behind the hair loss, a hormone shift behind the skin changes, a reason to hold off on filler that a sales-driven consult would skip. If you want the longer version, read our guide to med spa versus dermatologist.

What Our Patients Say
You should not have to guess whether the person holding the needle is qualified.
Fort Collins patients tell us they picked a med spa off a search result, got a great deal, and left with a face they did not recognize or a treatment they did not need. That is what happens when the consult is a sales call. Here it is a medical visit, and the provider you meet at the consult is the provider who treats you.

Med spa services for Fort Collins patients
Everything below is performed at our Greeley clinic under the same provider. Several of these have dedicated Fort Collins pages with more detail and current pricing.
Botox. Forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, and the preventive dosing that keeps them from setting in. Priced per unit, with a conservative first-visit approach so you do not end up frozen. See Botox for Fort Collins.
Lip filler. Subtle shape and volume, built up over visits rather than overfilled in one. Listed at $700 per syringe. Details on lip fillers for Fort Collins.
Dermal fillers. Cheek filler, marionette lines, nasolabial folds, and under-eye hollows. Natural-looking restoration of volume that has gone missing, not a new face. See our dermal fillers page.
Morpheus8 microneedling. Radiofrequency microneedling for texture, acne scarring, laxity along the jaw and neck, and pore size. One of the most requested treatments from Fort Collins patients. See Morpheus8.
Evolve skin tightening. Non-surgical radiofrequency for loose skin on the abdomen, arms, thighs, and hips after weight loss or pregnancy. $200 per treatment, typically a series of six to eight. See Evolve skin tightening.
Regenerative facials. Microneedling combined with your own platelet-rich plasma for tone, texture, and fine lines. See regenerative facials for Fort Collins.
PRP hair restoration. Platelet-rich plasma injected into the scalp to slow thinning and support regrowth, with a medical workup first, because hair loss is frequently a thyroid or hormone problem in disguise. See hair restoration for Fort Collins.
Acne and stretch mark treatment. Medical acne management that goes beyond over-the-counter, plus stretch mark treatment. See acne treatment.
Medical weight loss. Semaglutide and tirzepatide programs with labs, monitoring, and a provider who adjusts the plan. See medical weight loss for Fort Collins.
Women’s wellness on the EmpowerRF platform. Forma V and V-Tone for vaginal laxity, dryness, and pelvic floor weakness, delivered inside our women’s clinic. Fort Collins patients can start with pelvic floor therapy.
IV therapy. Hydration, vitamin, and NAD+ infusions. See IV therapy.
What a med spa costs near Fort Collins
Med spa pricing depends on the treatment, the amount of product, and how many sessions your goal takes. What should not vary is whether you know the number before you start. At NOCO Healthcare you do.
Injectables. Botox is priced per unit, and the number of units depends on the area and how strong your muscles are, which is why a quote without an assessment is a guess. Lip filler is listed at $700 per syringe, and most first-time patients need one.
Device treatments. Evolve skin tightening is $200 per treatment. Morpheus8 and regenerative facials are quoted at your consult based on the area treated and the number of sessions.
How we keep it honest. No memberships, no pressure to bundle, and no upsell tacked onto a visit you came in for. Aesthetic treatments are not covered by insurance, but Cherry payment plans let you spread the cost, and our payment options page lays out what to expect. Fort Collins patients tell us the drive is shorter than the markup they were paying closer to home.
A note from Sheree
I did not open a med spa. I opened a medical practice, and I added aesthetics because my patients kept asking me where they could go that would not oversell them. The answer, for a long time, was nowhere I felt good about.
So we brought it in-house, under the same standards as everything else we do. If you come in for Botox and I think your fatigue and skin changes are a thyroid problem, we talk about the thyroid first. If you want filler and I do not think it will give you what you are picturing, I say so. That costs me some sales. It is also why Fort Collins patients drive past a dozen med spas to get here.
Come in for a consult. It is a medical visit, not a pitch.

Cheap Botox is expensive when it is wrong.
The Fort Collins med spa market runs on promotions, and promotions run on volume. Volume means speed, and speed is how brows drop and lips migrate. A provider who takes 20 minutes to map your face costs a few dollars more per unit and saves you three months of waiting for it to wear off.

Why Fort Collins patients drive to a Greeley med spa
Thirty minutes is a real drive, and people make it for specific reasons.
The provider is the owner. Sheree Montoya, FNP-C, founded the practice and set the standard for every treatment in it. There is no rotating cast of injectors.

Conservative by default. Natural results come from doing less and adding as needed. That is how every first visit is approached here.

Med spa Fort Collins: frequently asked questions
Is there a NOCO Healthcare med spa in Fort Collins?
NOCO Healthcare’s med spa serving Fort Collins is located at 1130 38th Ave STE A in Greeley, about 30 minutes from Fort Collins. Botox, fillers, Morpheus8, Evolve, regenerative facials, and PRP hair restoration are all performed there under Sheree Montoya, FNP-C, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
What is the difference between a med spa and a medical practice that offers aesthetics?
A med spa is a business built around aesthetic treatments that borrows medical oversight to offer them. A medical practice that offers aesthetics, like NOCO Healthcare, evaluates you as a patient first: your history, your hormones, and any medical reason a treatment is a bad idea are checked before anything is injected.
What med spa services are available for Fort Collins patients?
Med spa services for Fort Collins patients at NOCO Healthcare include Botox, lip filler, dermal and cheek filler, Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, Evolve skin tightening, regenerative facials, PRP hair restoration, acne and stretch mark treatment, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and EmpowerRF women’s wellness treatments.
How much does Botox cost near Fort Collins?
Botox near Fort Collins at NOCO Healthcare is priced per unit, and the total depends on the treatment area and how many units your muscles need, which is determined at a short assessment rather than guessed over the phone. Current per-unit pricing is posted on our Botox page, and you receive an exact quote before treatment.
How much is lip filler near Fort Collins?
Lip filler near Fort Collins at NOCO Healthcare is listed at $700 per syringe. Most first-time patients need one syringe for a natural result, and we would rather build volume across two visits than overfill in one. Cherry payment plans are available.
Who performs the treatments?
Treatments at NOCO Healthcare are performed and overseen by Sheree Montoya, FNP-C, the founder of the practice, and her clinical team. The person who evaluates you at the consultation is the person who treats you, not a rotating injector.
Is Morpheus8 available near Fort Collins?
Morpheus8 is available for Fort Collins patients at NOCO Healthcare in Greeley. It combines microneedling with radiofrequency to treat texture, acne scarring, and laxity along the jawline and neck, and is one of the most requested treatments from patients who drive in from Fort Collins.
Does insurance cover med spa treatments?
Insurance does not cover cosmetic med spa treatments such as Botox, fillers, Morpheus8, or Evolve. NOCO Healthcare quotes pricing up front and offers Cherry payment plans. Medically necessary services provided in the same office, like hormone therapy or primary care, are billed to insurance as usual.
How do I know which treatment I need?
You find out which treatment you need at a consultation, where a provider looks at your skin and your goals and tells you what will get you there, what will not, and what it costs. At NOCO Healthcare that consult is a medical visit, and it is not unusual to leave with a smaller plan than you came in expecting.
What makes NOCO Healthcare different from a Fort Collins med spa?
NOCO Healthcare differs from a typical Fort Collins med spa in that it is a medical practice first: the founder is a Family Nurse Practitioner, aesthetics sit inside a full clinic with primary care and women’s health, pricing is quoted before treatment with no memberships, and the provider will decline a treatment that is not in your interest.
Look like yourself, rested.
