Monthly No Insurance Option (For Those Who Live In The Area)

The Standard Package: $110/month

Couples Package: $200/Month

This package is for individuals who would like to join NOCO for health care. It includes access to Sheree Montoya FNP- BC in case of emergencies, convenient appointments, annual physical examination, review of comprehensive lab work, and 5 additional office visits for evaluation and treatment of urgent/chronic medical problems that fall under Sheree’s scope of practice (family practice and urgent care).

**Receive a 10% discount for payment in full (1 year)

Give us a call and we will give you a transparent dollar amount. If you set up an appointment we will make sure you are aware of the costs prior to service.
