Welcome to NOCO Healthcare. We were founded because we believe patients should be treated like family, not units. We believe healthcare should be convenient and affordable to those who need it. That is why our office is small but our offerings are vast. What ever you need we are here to help and if we can’t we will make sure we find who can. Remember the days when your provider felt like a trusted friend? We do, and that is what we are bringing back to Northern Colorado.

Sheree has worked in large networks and is so passionate about helping others she started NOCO Healthcare to bring a more personal level of care to Northern Colorado.

We will work with you and be there for you just as a family friend would be.

Sheree Montoya

Sheree is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency room and operative care. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, she is deeply committed to providing high-quality patient care. Sheree founded NOCO Healthcare with the mission of delivering exceptional and convenient healthcare to the Northern Colorado community.

Joe McGlasson

Joe is a highly experienced Registered Nurse who helps Sheree run NOCO Healthcare. He will take the initial vitals and draw any labs necessary during your visit. He believes in providing better, more convenient healthcare to his patients.

Erika Kuhn FNP-C

Erika began her nursing journey by earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Aims Community College in 2011, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley in 2016. Throughout her career, she has gained diverse experience working in the operating room, psychiatric, and medical units. Her passion for aesthetics and family practice inspired her to further her education, leading her to complete her Master’s Degree at Frontier Nursing University in Kentucky in 2021. As a bilingual and dedicated practitioner with a wide variety of skills, her goal is to provide the highest standard of care.

Cornellius Tobias FNP-C

Cornellius is a Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing patient-centered care. He believes that taking the time to listen and collaborate with each patient leads to better health outcomes. Originally from Canada, Cornellius grew up in Texas in a family of healthcare professionals, with many relatives on both sides working as nurses. He has been in the healthcare field for nine years, specializing in internal medicine, oncology, and surgical care, serving a diverse range of patients. Cornellius has called Colorado home for the past 10 years and currently lives in Loveland with his partner and their beloved pets-four cats and a dog. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and playing the guitar.

Summer Woodward FNP-C

Summer is from Colorado and enjoys providing compassionate care to her community.
She began her nursing career at the University of Northern Colorado by completing her
bachelor’s degree in 2000. Summer spent 22 years working on medical, surgical,
telemetry, and rehab units, caring for patients of all ages. She went on to complete her
master’s and doctoral degrees at the University of Colorado Anschutz and has been
practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2022. Summer is passionate about
learning and is looking forward to being challenged at NOCO Healthcare. She enjoys
getting to know people and delivering individual-focused care. Summer married her
childhood sweetheart, and they are raising their two boys together while enjoying travel,
reading, and taking walks.
