How a virtual visit with NOCO works

There is no app to download and no portal password to recover. You call the office at (970) 888-0399 during business hours and tell us you would like a video visit. We find a same-day or next-day time, and when the appointment is close, we text a secure link to your phone. Tap the link, allow the camera, and you are in the visit. The platform is HIPAA-compliant, which means it is built to protect your privacy the same way our office is.

The visit itself feels like an office visit with the exam table removed. Our nurse practitioner asks about your symptoms, how long they have lasted, what you have tried, and what else is going on with your health. If a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to the pharmacy you name, whether that is in Loveland or wherever you happen to be. If we need labs, we order them and you stop by whenever is convenient. If you need to be seen, we book it before the call ends.

Virtual care is a tool, not a replacement for primary care. Annual physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, DOT physicals, injuries, minor procedures, and anything that needs listening to your lungs or feeling your abdomen still happens in person at our Greeley clinic. Insurance and cost

We accept most major insurance plans, Medicare, and Medicaid, and virtual visits are billed the same way an office visit is. Many plans now cover telehealth at the same rate as in-person care; if yours is different, we will tell you what to expect before the visit rather than after. If you do not have insurance, ask about self-pay pricing when you call. We would rather quote you a number than have you skip care over a question mark.
