We find a same-day or next-day time, and when the appointment is close, we text a secure link to your phone. Tap the link, allow the camera, and you are in the visit. The platform is HIPAA-compliant, which means it is built to protect your privacy the same way our office is.

The visit itself feels like an office visit with the exam table removed. Our nurse practitioner asks about your symptoms, how long they have lasted, what you have tried, and what else is going on with your health. If a prescription is appropriate, it is sent electronically to the pharmacy you name, whether that is in LaSalle or wherever you happen to be. If we need labs, we order them and you stop by whenever is convenient. If you need to be seen, we book it before the call ends.
