NOCO Healthcare is not a pediatric specialty practice, and we say so up front. We are a family medicine practice, and our founder, Sheree Montoya, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Newborns are welcome. A first visit covers weight and measurements, a full physical exam, feeding and sleep questions, and as much time as you need to ask about the things nobody warned you about. From there, well-child visits follow the standard schedule, immunizations follow the CDC schedule, and sick visits happen when they are needed, usually the same day you call.

As kids grow, so does the list: school and sports physicals, acne, asthma and allergy management, growth questions, injuries, and the conversations teenagers would rather have with a provider they have known for years. If a child needs a pediatric specialist, we refer and coordinate, and we stay the home base.

When your child wakes up sick

Call us first. We hold same-day appointments for exactly this, and a person answers the phone. Fevers, ear infections, strep, pink eye, croup, rashes, stomach bugs, and minor injuries are the bread and butter of a family practice, and we see Milliken kids for them all week long. If a video visit will do the job, we will offer one so you can skip the drive. If the child needs to be examined, we will get you in.
