New to Windsor? Setting up your family’s care
Many families in RainDance, Windshire Park, and Water Valley moved to Windsor recently and are still rebuilding their health care. A first visit with our family nurse practitioners is a good time to bring old records, update vaccines, and move prescriptions to a Windsor pharmacy: King Soopers (1520 Main St), Safeway (1535 Main St), and Walgreens (1480 Main St, at Highway 392 and County Road 15).
Two local tasks worth adding to your move-in list. First, test your new home for radon, whether it was built last year or in the 1970s; Weld County offers free kits through weld.gov/go/radon. Second, if your kids are starting at a Weld RE-4 school such as Orchard Hill or Hollister Lake Elementary, bring their shot records so we can confirm they meet Colorado school requirements.

Sheree spent 25 years in healthcare and experienced the shift from care initiatives to unit initiatives. She felt she could give much more back to her community and therefore she took the risk and started NOCO Healthcare.
